Put cement for the second ring so that the can't flow out side

They dug below the water line, all of what they were pulling out once they dropped the first ring was just sand an stone, so that’s the water table, the first ring is 3/4 into the water table so it will stay at that level all the while there is water in the river, as it’s the same level of the river. If there is ever a drought the well will be the last thing to dry up after the river drys up. I don’t think that will be an issue as they live surrounded by the rain forest, and the river is feed from the mountains where it rains a lot. The water will become clear again now that all of the digging has been finished, but that will take time.
