What is flow mitigative measure to the customers?....i had to pay for flow Internet home service infull for July ...was told by flow they did not send the hurricane and the customer as to stand the charges...does not make ny sense to me...only receive Internet 2 days ago for the month of July...

The people in St Elizabeth is in dying need for help. No light, no water, no food. We have been forgotten and abandon by our government and JPS completely. Inside our house stink and over taken by flies and magots, no water to flush our tiolets.
