Today's recipe is for an easy tiramisu that can be made without fire, just by mixing.
Put cocoa in the coffee syrup to soak the finger cookies,
I added cocoa to the coffee syrup to make a thick syrup that looks like melted chocolate.
The heart cups used in this recipe have lids and were purchased at Celia.
▷Ingredients (for 8 cups)
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp cane sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 g mascarpone cheese
2 tbsp instant coffee
4 tbsp cane sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup hot water
finger biscuits
Cocoa powder
▷How to make:
1. Beat heavy cream with sugar and vanilla while chilling.
2. Add mascarpone cheese and mix.
3. Put the instant coffee, cane sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl and add hot water a little at a time to dissolve.
4. Dip the finger cookies in the coffee syrup, place in a container, and pour in the tiramisu cream. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Oh, thank you! I just had tiramisu at a restaurant last night, and I thought how I'd like to make it at home. This is a simple recipe I think I could make. I will try it! Edit: I made it! It's only mildly sweet (but that's how tiramisu is), so if you're looking for a really sugary dessert, this is not the recipe for that. However, I liked it - it's a good tiramisu recipe, and it was very simple to make 😊 The hardest part was actually finding ladyfingers/finger biscuits. None of my local grocery stores carried them, so I had to order from Amazon. I would definitely make this again! Edit (4/11/24): I still make it, and I still love it ♥ It has also received positive feedback from family members and friends I've made it for.
