Bill Burr has a wife and two children, a successful career, he's made an animated show for Netflix, starred in Chappelle's Show, Breaking Bad and Star Wars, he plays the drums, bakes and knows how to fly a helicopter. He thinks for himself and never changed who he is to be more successful or make more money. He's a role model.

You know Bobby is nervous about Bill when Bill asks “are we going,” and Bobby says “there are no rules.” No rules?! Apparently Bill gets a pass on the “no taking until you’re introduced” rule. Haha

You can tell these 2 are good friends just how Bill is laughing and totally comfortable around Bobby. The most comfortable and having just letting loose I've ever seen.

Anybody else appreciate the start of this podcast? I absolutely love the dynamic between Bill and Bobby in this episode. From the onset, Bill's mood is so different than what I've seen on other podcasts; unusually light and even, dare I say it, Joyful. Bobby goes in on Bill's residue/Chernobyl/Darth Vader hair situation to which Bill can't hold back his amusement giving the holy grails of responses: the head-tilt laugh (0:16 & 0:37). Usually Bill would quip back, but he seems genuinely amused by Bobby. Fun seeing such a funny and commanding comedian totally diffused by Bobby's shenanigans.

Bobby Lee is probably the best one to interview Bill Burr! Everyone else never knows how to handle him. Bill likes being slightly disrespected if its in good taste because he will, for sure, do the same to the host

I wonder if Bobby ever realised it was the mustache, not the bald head that threw him off.

Burr is one of the few comedians that can interrupt the intro and not get yelled at.

I love that Bill expected a laugh for the pants taking off question, but in the end Bobby's response made Bill laugh even harder than what Bill was expecting from Bobby or anyone else. That shit kills me

I agree with Bobby that Bill Burr can see right through people. He has an uncanny way of reading people and knowing what is right and wrong. He has conviction in what he believes in and takes no bullshit from other people, love that about him

Bill's advice at 1:12:40 really helped me re-frame my perspective on my own life. I'm turning 25 in June and found myself relating to the unhelpful advice. "Go after what you wanna do" so simple, but so helpful

Bill really touched on something crucial with regard to how companies use separating families as a strategy to keep employees dependent to that company.
