Sa lahat ng vlogger na arch/engr dito lang talaga ako nag follow. Dahil napaka detalyado at honest sa computation. Nagbibigay talaga ng idea about labor cost. So disclaimer nalang din sa lahat ng viewers, kayo na ang mag math kung gaano kalaki napupunta sa profit ng contractor. At yung iba, pati taxes nila pinapatong pa lalo na kung company yung contractor.
