My mate Ian , "Rusty Relic" on the Priestman. I had a go on it later in the day, I nearly went for this very machine years ago but had set my heart on a Ruston Bucyrus 10 RB which I eventually got. And this machine ended up in South Wales anyway

    Lovely little machine, my cub luffing shovel at thelkeld is great, extremely powerful for there size. Cracking bit of kit. May I ask though why he was putting the cab lock on when was digging/dumping? It not a great habit to have as it wears the lock out well and could snap the pin, plus if the machine is on an angle it should be levelled prior and/or you should be able to control it with the bucket. Just wondering 👍🏻
