That breakfast looked Awesome and a cure all ๐คฃ๐ perfect for the morning after if you sank a few drinks ๐ beats porridge or a protein bar anyday. ๐ Caves are brilliant and went there quite a few years ago and loved them and often wished i went right inside and waded through like potholing ๐คฃ๐ good luck with reaching 4k im shaw youll do it Cat ๐๐

This is one of my favourite areas of the Lakes. I came across that camp last time I was there and was disgusted with the state of the place. Several fire pits, rubbish left around and trees axed down with trees partly damaged. It's a shame some people spoil it for the rest of us by not sticking to the leave no trace ethos.

Did you know there are a couple of goldfish living in the pool Kat......I saw them when I was there :-)
