5:21 the joke behind Peter at the Million Man March was that Peter found out he had a black ancestor and the whole town considered him black.

Family Guy actually WAS cancelled by Fox in 2002 for a Jewish joke (of all things). Because of intense pressure from their many fans, FOX brought them back in 2005 and Seth has been on the air (along with Orville and American Dad) ever since.
