no i get it, im black i love representation. but making Velma black is so random 😭 they really said “hm, let’s just switch shaggy and Velma’s race and call it a day! we’re so diverse!!”. like what? it just tickled me 😭😭

I saw the original yesterday with all the other Velmas, what a coincidence, also l love this lol!

They only focused on making it woke. So much that they completely screwed up the plot and characters. They didn't write a good show. They just dumped sewage waste on us and expected everyone to love the representation while ignoring the shitty plot. I personally find it hard to understand how people can love this show, unless they only care about being woke, and unless they don't care about the plot, something that has always been very important in a story. I'm not saying representation is bad. There are some shows that have a good plot and good representation at the same time. Unlike other shows like Velma that only care about being woke and nothing more. If you are getting ready to send me hate for my opinion, just go away and ignore this.
