I wrote this little étude over the summer to help me get the hang of a new orchestral library. Tomorrow, I'm starting a grad program in film music at UQAM in Montréal. Hoping to transition to proper scores. Will keep the channel as active as possible, but if you have any interest in my activities, you can always follow the Instagram account!

Even after years of listening to some of your old music, I’m surprised to see you still around. But it’s a welcome sight to see you too. And the music is very beautiful.

Thank you for this song. It's been hard finding hope in a world that seems to be deteriorating at the edges (I work in AI and there is no safety). This song made me think of all the times I spent in nature as a child and the majesty that nature has to offer as well as technology.
  • I remember being recommended Almond Blossom five? years ago and being blown away by it, wanting to use it in every thing I tried (and ultimately failed) to make here on YouTube. I’m glad you’re still around! Your music brings more joy every day it’s listened to. Good luck in your grad program!

This is just breathtaking and amusingly delightful, filled of hope before embarking on a hard trip, a tough journey or the adventure of a lifetime, and I feel like the person getting ready for adventure is welcoming anything that comes his way, be it disasters, cataclisms, sinister encounters or life-threatening situations. I just love it.
