In our latest adventure around Toronto, we stumbled upon a house with a severely damaged roof and gutters. We first offered to install brand-new gutters completely free of charge. After completing the gutter installation, we surprised the homeowner by telling them they would also receive a free roof replacement!
But that’s not where the story ends. While working on the gutters, we noticed the roof of their neighbor's house was in equally bad shape. This is where the real twist begins. We decided to ask our original homeowner if they would keep the new roof for themselves or pass it on to their neighbor in need.

For those who don't know, everytime they do a complete roof change + gutters it's as if they were giving away $28,000 to $30,000 worth of work. These roofs are not cheap. God bless these guys!

She is just rude . You guys did nothing disrespectful or unprofessional . You handled her unfounded criticism and rudeness far better than anybody would have imo . Its a shame the downstairs guy couldn't be talked to .

That neighbour lady was the one putting the owner on Youtube saying he was disabled, sick, sleeping a lot and parents taking care of most stuff. She did not have to say any of it really. You guys are amazing as always! Keep it up! 👍

The response from neighbour is mind blowing. Both the renter lady and the parents. If you don’t want your son on YouTube, then just show up yourselves to accept this FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLAR GIFT! Also, leaving a note on someone’s car is NOT pushy, when you’re trying to give someone a free roof. What’s wrong with some people!?!
