The last frame of the video is of the girl (now the mom) running to join Johnny and the boy.
  • @Easyliving76
The girl made it and so the circle of life continues
  • @lbjohnnyjohn
The boy trying to warn the robber not to take her thus saving the robber from torment was great. That was a great take on it.
  • This will always be a song for my wife we were childhood sweethearts we met at 10 years old, we were neighbors. I almost lost her giving birth to our son but thankfully the Lord gave her back to me❤

Yes the story is done. So many people miss her at the end. It shows the 3 of them fishing. She is the last scene you see.

This old vet have always love Tims music. "If you're reading this!" ( Always hits me hard ) and "live like you're dieing" are two of my favorite. Love your reactions and you know im still here.

It’s dad taking the boy fishing and a little girl running after them….. it makes it come full circle.
  • Nah...the boy at the end was the same boy from the beginning. Remember...the other time, "don't take the girl" ...and the robber did NOT take her. I don't think she died at the end. I just came across ya'lls channel today, and I LOVE your reactions but also your interactions with each other and your messages. I'm there with you hon...our men love us. My husband is AMAZING and such a gift from God. I just can't even imagine my life without him. Thank you both for your reactions! May God bless your channel. I subscribed.

Nothing beats 90s country music. 80s is close. But, man this song was one of my favorites as a teen!
  • "The robber didn't know what he was getting himself into." Funny, nice bit of levity in a very sad song.

By wisdom the LORD laid the earth’s foundations, by understanding he set the heavens in place. Proverbs 3:19

We're old, married 21yrs, and oh lord, could we talk...my husbands are homely, and all my exes live in🇨🇱😂😂

This song has such a powerful message. Thanks for doing this one. My favorite songs from the great Tim McGraw are When She Wakes Up, One of These Days, Just To See You Smile, Don't Take the Girl, Can’t Be Really Gone, I Do But I Don’t, Angry All the Time, Grown Men Don’t Cry, Back When, My Little Girl, Everywhere, You Had To Be There, and If You’re Reading This.

The mom is blonde, the person running is probably the dad when he was young
  • @Iamwoman27
I laughed too hard! You said it straight faced "Robber didn't know what he was getting himself into." Haha
  • Johnny never changes Don't take the girl. only the meaning of what he says changes I love it
  • @rickmartin7533
You took such a sad and emotional song and made it lighthearted. Thanks for making me laugh out loud to your reaction!!!
  • As I watch music reactions I am so jealous of people hearing songs for the first time. I have very few memories of my first time hearing a song. This is one of those. I was driving a beat up old truck in college. I don't remember where I was heading but I remember pulling over to listen. When Johnny hit his knees I teared up. Rerouted to the record store to buy this cassette. Great reaction yall
