Published 2022-03-26
Improve your English vocabulary and listening in just six minutes!
Jeff Bezos is currently the richest person in the world. But how does the founder of the web giant Amazon think? Neil and Georgina take a peek inside his head and teach you related vocabulary along the way.

This week's question:
As a boy, Jeff Bezos and his grandfather repaired an old, broken down truck. Bezos compares Amazon to that truck: very heavy, but impossible to stop when it rolls downhill. What happened when the young Jeff Bezos’s car accidentally rolled downhill?

a) Jeff jumped in and pulled the handbrake
b) Jeff’s grandad lost a thumb
c) Jeff’s hair fell out
Listen to the programme to find out the answer.
