We knocked on this door last year with no answer, so me and my wife decided to give it another shot and see if we could help with their overgrown lawn and overgrown sidewalks. Little did we know that we would be met with a dog that did not want us there. He put his front paw through the glass in the door trying to get out at us. After we ran back to the truck we spotted a neighbor and asked him about the house and he helped us get in touch with the caregiver.

Once the dogs were put up I got to work on the property. There was alot of brush to cut down all over the property. I believe the property hadn't been mowed all year and the edges haven't been touched in years. I hauled off all the brush and ended up with a truck load of dirt from the overgrown edges. This job took me a total of about 8 hours. I was very happy to help out this family and they were very happy as well.

TINA J 8 hours ago I’m the caregiver and partner of Mr Carmichael- just a quick note that Brian did a great job and we really appreciate him! Just a quick correction - Mr carmichael had his stroke in December of 2021 right before Christmas. He is not wheelchair bound anymore - he uses a hemi walker. Lawn care has been low on the priority list. His son has tried to help us as much as he can. The house is older, his parents lived here when he was younger. He took pride in his lawn - and he had been keeping it well before his stroke. The dog is actually a sweet lovable dog but very protective of his owner after the hospital stay. His bark is worse than his bite. The glass already had a crack but I’m sure it was scary! The dog just gets excited and doesn’t know his own strength. Thanks again Brian! It was a big help - Dan has been outside to see it and was pleased. A lot of people know Dan, he’s well known in the local music scene (practically a legend as a bass player ) . Hes got a big heart and is the sweetest person I know

As a stroke survivor I know how hard it is to get anything done. Bless You for helping this Gentleman.
  • Hi Brian! You know how to find the folks who truely need your service! This will so improve this man's quality of life! 🥰
  • This man right here is as hard working as they come. He doesn’t expect anything in return. He just wants to give. Blessings to you and your family Brian. I’m glad those dogs didn’t hurt you guys or themselves by breaking that glass door. Blessings to this homeowner also who has endured much physically. ❤
  • OOOH my goodness! This was a monster of a job!! I am sure even the dogs are going to be grateful..once you leave their yard 😂 A big Thank you to your wife and Happy Mothers Day 🙏💝 Brian, you are truly the best 👍
  • This one made me tear up a little 😢 those elder’s really needed the help. God Bless you Brian ❤
  • Let there be light……gosh, Brian, you really opened up this yard and brought sunshine and joy in. What a benefit to the couple and the whole neighborhood. It was a huge cleanup and hauling effort. You made my knees ache just watching. Thank you for thinking and doing for others…in spite of the dogs.

You do not just mow a lawn, sir, you transform it! I enjoy watching channels that not only mow, but take care in trimming, removing debris and cleaning up a property as well. Bravo!
  • That yard needed tons of work and love. Thank you for sorting it all out! ❤

I love what you do. I love the fact that you don’t only cut down the trees; but you haul them away. You don’t just drag them to another part of the yard!! Great job
  • This was a yard that sure needed your help and you came through with flying colours! The man must be so happy that he at least can go outside for some sunshine and people watch something to kill the monotony of sitting in your house all day. Thanks for being you. 👍💯😎

  • It looked like "YEARS" of growth happening there, wondering if he had any family near by who could help him out. You went wayyyyyyyyyyy and beyond what anyone had done for this man. I'm sure he was very happy as were his neighbors. You're a blessing.......................

Hey Brian! Another great job. Rang a personal note for me too. I suffered a stroke ten years ago and was unable to look after my garden for the first few months afterwards. My partner kept it all going. I started gardening again as soon as I could. It really helped with my rehab. Im still partly disabled but gardening is part of my life again and a great source of pleasure. I was lucky I didn't end up more comprehensively disabled and for people like this guy your help is a godsend. His being able to sit out will help him feel better for sure! I wish them and you all my best!
  • @ksdj1
Awesome makeover! I'm so glad you were able to help this person and bring some joy into their life. I'll bet they will truly enjoy being able to be outside again.
  • You are such a blessing to people in need of huge yard transformations. I can only imagine how much more light they will be getting in their house with all of those overgrown trees and bushes gone. I was getting a backache watching you. Tell your wife Happy Mother’s Day! ❤
