How to make the best White Chicken Chilli

Hey guys! If you watched in my video, I just added a few things, but their recipe is as follows:
3 pounds bone-in skin on chicken breast halves
1 Tbs oil
3 med jalapeno chiles
3 medium poblanos
3 medium Anaheim chiles
2 med onions
6 garlic cloves..minced
1 Tbs ground cumin
1 1/2 tsps ground coriander
2 cans cannellini beans ...drained and rinsed
3 cups chicken broth
3 Tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
scallions
