  • Dear Nicole, your workouts compare favourably with other "killer" workouts which purpose seems to "torture" yourself and make yourself feel exhausted. Yours, instead, are full of self-love! I've recently read a book which says that happiness is at the boundary betweeen what is manageable and challenging for you, and I find your workouts reflect this balance. Hello from snowy Russia!   • Omg, I loved this one! I got all sweaty & it was challenging but still doable! I'm finally learning to "trust" you because I used to think if it didn't burn like CRAZY it wouldn't be working/toning my body BUT that's not true. Now I understand that I thought that way because I was used to hardcore workouts that are supposed to drain you & leave you completely exhausted and in pain essentially. Your workouts are different. They train the whole body holistically and definitely burn and challenge but are not completely exhausting. Still peaceful & fun and I LOVED that.
