Actually, it’s a very relative interview, although the title is partly misleading. From this gentleman’s statement, Crooks was obviously proficient at loading and firing a handgun, something that only comes with experience.

The shooter had pictures of Chris Wray and Merrick Garland, so it seems like the FBI should be questioning these two guys to find out why the shooter had their picture.
