jimmy, you are deadass the best story teller on youtube.
  • @HypocritesExposd
I think the remaining 13-20% differences make each player super unique

the fact that Bird was similar to both peak Jokic and senior LeBron is insane man edit: come back here just after realizing that both Jokic and LBJ don't have Bird's midrange and threes accuracy. what a scary player he was.
  • My takeaway from this is that it proves why people still hold Larry Bird in such high esteem. His years are the oldest that are listed, and he is compared to the best players of the modern era. Amazing video, as always. No big surprise there. Thank you for consistently putting together insightful, thought provoking videos. Your efforts always promote the love of the game.

Even as the NBA evolves, a part of history stays with it.
  • Dirk appeared on 3 different player comps. 2004 to Giannis, 2010 to KD, 2000 to LeBron. Of course, two of these players aren't in their primes, but it just shows you how elite Dirk was.

Bro, this was magnificent. Your content is not only fire but interesting and educational for the basketball minded folks. Great work sir! We appreciate you.
  • Jesus Jimmy. Your Basketball content is honestly the best. No cap. Your unique perspectives and story lines are always on point and no one else comes even close. As someone who absolutely loves the game (me), your contribution to this game, in a modern podcast/social media landscape is bare none the best. Thank you for loving the game. Thank you for your perspectives, the hard work you put into each and every video, and for keeping hungry fans like me, full of joy about the game. With that said, can you make a similarity profile to the GOAT himself (MJ)? Or perhaps do another similarity profile on some of the legends of the past?
  • @MLHunt
I never really thought about it but there is a lot of similarity between Jokic's game and Bird's. I think the fact that Jokic is bigger and plays more in the post than Bird did kind of makes their games appear more different than they are.

The amount of time this guy has to put into these videos and they come out great every time while not over-inserting his own opinion is just perfect.
  • @mr_man06
The way he makes these videos is art.... most of the time i come in not even knowing wtf he's about to talk about, but a minute in and you're completely locked into it...... super impressive honestly
  • @junglejim2290
This should be an entire SERIES! I could watch these for hours!

I'm a golf guy, yet here I am time and time again. This content is unmatched.

To see Bird makes me smile. That’s all time talent and what a comparison. KG being the unicorn of his era makes sense with him coming out of high school. Glad the comps show him love. Curry is such an inspiration! Ray Allen was a spot up shooter by this point in his career and Curry still the best dude on the court most nights. It’s a huge testament to his work ethic!
  • @mr_j_official
2013 Lebron and Prime MJ being an 83% match is phenomenal
  • This man is the GOAT when it comes to these types of videos. Everything is backed by numbers and we all know, “Men lie, women lie, NUMBERS DON’T LIE!!!!!! Plus the quality of the videos themselves are immaculate. The animations, the transitions, just everything! Very impressed Keep doing what you’re doing brother
  • @FupaDoncic
Making me appreciate to be in Dallas during Dirks prime, Nash to 21 seasons. Loyalty never fades away.
  • @Joswag
Jimmy never misses, like Dillion Brooks this year from 3
  • @poldicosa100
I LOVE THESE TYPE OF VIDEOS JIMMY! 🤩 Keep up the good work!
  • You are my favorite Jimmy! Thanks for content and the word and diligence that goes with it!! This was awesome! Hope you do more comparisons like this!!
