  • Thank you for this video. I have stiffness in my lower back and hips and I am worried about not being able to get down to and up from the floor to change my baby grandson's nappy! These exercises along with your strengthening exercises will really help. Thanks again. 😅😊
  • Your videos are all so great and very very effective. I still would like to hear you address how the various exercises work and can be (safely) done after knee and hip replacement. Thank you so much for addressing this.

This was the best! As someone who has lower back arthritis and tries to do hip and gluteal exercises daily, I often have tight hips. I’ve been doing the #4 seated stretch but watching and following your instructions took it to a different level. And doing all 3 was the cats meow!Thank you!
  • Hi have been suffering from low back and hip pain for the last few weeks. It was great to get up and find the pain gone after doing these stretches. Thank you so much. Will b sharing this with all my friends

Thank you. These are great stretches.
  • Thank you Will, I have very tight hips, so I'll be doing these regularly. I could really feel the pull deep into my pelvic area.

OMG. Thank you . I feel so much better. I have burcistis so my hips hurts so bad. But this gives me instant relief.
  • Thank you so much. I have been trying to find an exercise for the psoas
  • I had my right knee replaced just over a year ago. I have tried the stretch you demonstrate in your video for quite some time a part of my regular Pilates exercises. The stretch on the outer side of my operated knee is extremely uncomfortable, the reason of my Pilates instructor having stopped giving me this exercise. The two other exercises you suggest are no problem. I feel I am missing out on the most important part of your suggested exercises to help the tight muscles around my hip. Any suggestion how I can avoid feeling the pain on the outer side of my leg and still getting the benefit of your suggested exercises from this video? Always very grateful for all your support to make us feel more comfortable ❤

I'll try and do these regularly. Might right side is giving me some issues. Has been for a few years and it really slowed me down in my last 10km of the NY Marathon last month! I've been to physio and muscular therapists over this period and there doesn't seem to be anything specific - potentially some asymmetry of my hips (I'm wonky), so the right side is always worse, and I assume that I start to compensate/change my movement as it starts to bite.
