Im glad i found this video. I saw my cousin Shane Gibson playing with Jonathan in Korn. He was playing the guitar and made me very proud of him. god will be with him RIP. He was a phenomenal guitarist. Fantastic gift of his fingers.

Jonathan Davis : giving a new meaning to "rocking chair"

That guy playing violin and back up vocals behind Jonathan Davis deserves a recognition!

Vocally this may be the best Jonathan Davis we've ever seen. Holy shit.

I'm still absolutely baffled that L. Shankar, a classically-trained Indian violinist who has played with other renowned artists like Zappa and Peter Gabriel is here playing violin and doing backup vocals for Jonathan Davis, at the age of 57!! Talk about strange bedfellows. And he's so into it too! How many classically-trained world musicians from the 70s who were brought up with very different styles of music would be this into a genre of music that only arose 20 years later? It's always so refreshing to see older musicians be this open-minded. His contributions to the Queen of the Damned soundtrack made the songs sound so much more than just average nu-metal, and it shines through even more here.

For those who recognize, it’s Queen of the Damned songs from the movie. And for those who REALLY don’t know, ladies and gentlemen, meet Johnathan Davis, lead singer of Korn! He represented a music movement that happened in the late 90’s, some know it as Nu-Metal. Korn is getting some newer respect these days. As usually happens to deserving musicians who still inspired in their time, yet seem to gain momentum as the years pass. In other words…..LEGENDS.

Seeing him like this and not just with korn really brings out his talent and just shows what a hell of an artist he really is.damn good show

Been a Korn kid since 93. Now I'm 48 and still love Jonathan's voice just as much as the first time I heard it. Truly a gift from God!

After much deliberation and 27 years as a KoRn FangiRL seeing them live, having all their albums and much merch, listening to every live performance imaginable and scouring the internet for rare JD tracks from his pre-Korn time I am going to say This is his best performance of "4U" ever.

Jonathan has a Voice that has a dimension like no other! sorrow, pain, truth you namn it! The man has a voice that speech right to you, he has another dimension in his performance and you can feel it all. 🙌🙌🙌🙌

You can feel the emotion in John’s voice because he’s lived it, everything he sings about John has been through it and conquered it all. Legend.

Omg this is so bad ass and I had no idea it existed☠️. And I love the Queen of The Damned songs being in the set list. I’m glad he could perform them like this, since they go so well with orchestral music.
