What happened to your boyfriend? Did he move to the UK with you?

Another chapter of your life. Wishing you Happy journeys! When I came back to sg from the UK after my studies, I did have a reverse culture shock. 😅 . So did my (now) wife when she moved back from the States after 10 yrs. While she had a green card and a stable profession, she moved back for similiar reasons to yours. So again, happy journeys!

I agree, it’s a nice feeling not to feel like the foreigner after living abroad a long time. You feel like you’re back where you belong and fit in.
  • @smiley9987

You look so much happier you did the right decision you can be proud of yourself ❤I'm in a similar situation as you and know how it feels but I'm not ready yet to make the step to move from Singapore back to Germany but someday the day will come 😢

You know what's funny. I've been on a stag do to Brussels with one of my best friends this weekend who moved his life, not knowing anyone to Singapore in 2015 and is moving back with his wife he met in CBD this Christmas. We talked about exactly what you said, he felt very grateful for the opportunity to experience living there for essentially his entire 20s. He didn't feel like moving back to the UK was a negative it was a next step instead of a backwards step.
  • In November I will have lived in New Zealand for 15 years. I now have dual citizenship, but I'm thinking I may want to go back home to the UK.

Hi. Nice to see you back home in the UK. We have been watching you for years in Singapore and Bali. Will you still be doing your same job in UK as you had done in Bali? Looking forward to some nice UK videos😊

Btw wish you a happy life in UK and I wish to visit in UK very soon.. love from India 🇮🇳❤
