  • I live in a small community in deep east Texas. I have been grinding whole grain and making my own yeast breads since high school and I graduated in 1965…I have a sourdough starter that I have had going since 1973. I have been using a Bosch Universal Mixer since 1980 and love how easy mixing and kneading bread is. This looks lovely.
