It’s just me and my dogs and the tools to make fire. Today we make tropical chicken skewers – super simple, super delicious, and easy on a barbecue if you don’t have easy access to open fire. I used red peppers, chicken thighs, pineapple and onions, and roasted them until the chicken was done. It was a team effort – kitchen dogs stayed close defending against anything that might steal our chicken.
