Welcome to StevenSteph™, where fun meets health and adventure! We're Steve & Steph, and our channel has evolved along with our journey through life. From our beginnings as self-proclaimed weirdos who love a good laugh, we've now embraced a lifestyle centered around health and longevity.

Currently, we're diving deep into the world of holistic health practices. Inspired by Steve’s autoimmune journey, we've adopted the carnivore diet, which has transformed our well-being. But it doesn't stop there – we're also avid practitioners of grounding/earthing, regular sauna sessions, invigorating cold plunges, mindful exercise, and meditation.

Join us as we share our adventures, games, and chats, all infused with our trademark humor and zest for life. Whether we're exploring new places, trying out holistic health techniques, or simply enjoying each other's company, we're dedicated to having a great time – and we want you to join us for the journey!

Temecula, CA 92592 I was making some Bone Broth and decided to do a little experiment in order to get the most benefits from bone broth as I possible can. I'm very happy with the results, I love my bone broth even more when prepared this way.
My Husband and I are experimenting with the Carnivore Diet because of two autoimmune diseases that Steve has, Uveitis and Ankylosing Spondylitis. We are experimenting with Carnivore diet in hopes it will hopefully cure or at least lessen the effects of his Autoimmune diseases.
We are Steve & Steph (StevenSteph™)! We can't be boxed in by labeling what this channel "is"! It's like Seinfeld....this is a channel about nothing! LOL

If we must...in a nutshell we are a couple of weirdos and we looooove having fun doing anything and everything that entertains us! Usually it involves having a good laugh about something! Whether we're playing games, going on adventures, exploring, or just sitting around chatting with you guys...we're gonna enjoy ourselves and we want you to come along with us for the fun!

By the way, since you all want to know...we have been married since 2001 and we live in Southern California. We've got 3 amazing grown kids and 5 absolutely adorable grandkids.

We've got 2 more channels!

I get butcher bones with lots of joint cartilage. And make it so dank, dark, gelatinous, fatty. Don’t filter out nothing. It’s gnarly goodness and I add it to every soup or scrambled eggs. I especially enjoy adding it to freeze dried camping meal bags. Such a great addition.

I blended mine and it had the same color before it cooled. It was my first time making it but I poured it into cupcake tins and froze them. Afterwards I placed them in a gallon ziplock and they are the perfect size I pop one into my large mug (20 oz) and pour hot water over it, turns out perfectly

Wow, I never thought of using the bones more than once. That’s interesting. I’ll try it 😊
  • Thank you for these tips 🥳 I’m half Ukrainian so I grew up with this. We also make it from chicken carcass. My mom put the broth in a cake pan in the fridge and served it cold in squares and we sprinkled it with vinegar! This is my favourite way to eat it although I now use apple cider vinegar.

Dr. Joel Wallach spoke of and wrote in his book "Dead Doctors Don't Lie" several years agoo about the importance of cologen, gelatin, and cartlage in the human diet.

Asian Specialty Grocery stores may have chicken feet. Made chicken bone broth with chicken feet once. Super gelatinous, yes, but it was a bit tough looking at those feet....

Thank you so much for this video. My husband kept telling me over the years that it is dangerous to eat cow bones and I never bought them. Today I will and will make the best bone broth ever.
  • Thats exactly how mine comes out, except I do it on the stovetop and simmer the bones for 24 hrs, then grind up whatevers left and add it back in like you did. Comes out great, and my dog loved it, too!🎉😊
  • In germany we eat it cold with vinegar in it. We poor it over left over roast with an egg and a pickle then cool it. Yummy its called sulz, and it is uber delirious🤣
  • Thank you for this video! Wow! I'm just settling into carnivore and have been frustrated that I couldn't buy bone broth without veggies. Love your idea of saving all bones in the freezer. And roasting them before cooking them. I learned so much from you! Thank you!

I like this concept, I bet this would help my osteoporosis, which is so severe that my knee is trying to crush in on it's self. I'm trying to be more Carnivore. I'm diabetic & 4 years ago, quit eating rice, pasta and cut way back on bread (wheat). The weight just fell off without trying... 100 # ...gone!! I wasn't trying to lose weight.. it just happened!! Feel much better! My Dr that diagnosis my knee problems, I'm going to share this video with him. Thanks for your channels. Ya'll are such a hoot!! 😂

You’ve made consommé. Prized by my mom, who came thru the Great Depression. You’ve just connected the generations. ❤

I make a smoothy with bone broth, eggs, 35% cream, vanilla, and tbs. Of molasses and ice. Crush and mix and voila!
  • @ronladuke7235
I don’t think you will ever have to worry about your bones 🦴 getting soft and breaking your hip lol. You go girl!
  • Great Idea! I drink 2 cups (16 ounces) of organic bone broth every day.. I add in 2 scoops of Beef Gelitin Powder to each cup.. + 1 tbs of butter each cup. Warm it up.. It's a super yummy way to get some extra protein every day. However.. you are correct.. most every store bought broth I've seen, has been made with celery, peppers, onions.. and while they're strained out.. there is still some residule component, all be it fairly small. The Beef Gelitin Powder does create a light thickness to the Broth.. I'd still like to try making it from bones.. and get that gelatinous yummy stuff.
  • Thank you so much for this video... I've been carnivore for over a year now and love my bone broth, but I'd always been curious if there was a better way...I found your video and OMG, it's exactly what I was looking for.
  • First time watching one of your videos. Well done!! My mom grew up on a farm in Norway in the 1930's. We had the old pressure cooker & this is how I grew up making broth for soup. Always had the grainy bits in it. Very fun to see someone else doing it. Getting ALL the goodness from the bones. 😁
