  • I appreciate yall for showing a fuller version of this segment
  • Just 57 years ago since Reggie Jackson racist experience and 60 years ago since The Civil Rights Act was put into the Law of The Constitution. Not that long ago.
  • If Reggie is still alive, think about all those evil mfs who potentially are and passed down that type of hatred
  • @dandreray1602
American history. That simple. Nothing to fear. Everything to learn from.
  • @spoogtastic
The rawness of Reggie using that n word twice really was powerful.
  • Black history is and will always be american history! Thank you Mr Jackson 🙏🏾
  • @illuminahde
We had been to the moon before Alabama had black kids in their secondary.
  • @gntyh
man how yall gonna put this together with a purdy segement, it shoulda been its own video
  • @MayDay2304
Reggie Jackson story was dope because he condemned the racist history and also acknowledged whites that helped him along the way both exist people choose to ignore that tho
  • @pw44salem
What Reggie Jackson had stated was only the tip of an iceberg. Imagine Jackie Robinson, Hank Aaron, Roberto Clemente and other great black baseball players that who went through unspoken racial barriers. Thank you, Mr. Reggie Jackson. You spoke the truths!
  • Desantis wouldve had this segment banned in Florida😂😂
  • As a black man. This is the stuff we hear growing up in our households from our older aunts, Uncles, grandparents, parents etc.
  • @sindilacion
My college professor spoke on her experience growing up in those segregated times. It took the whole class period. Very interesting stories. Her parents didn't even allow her to have black friends.
  • @Teddy42O
Much respect to Reggie Jackson ❤️🙏🫡
  • @Tha_Trigga
I like he that Reggie actually vsaid the nword twice then said that's enough let me say "nword" this time😅. Reggie is a legend.
  • I'm glad he said the actual word. Just saying the "n-word" doesn't hit the same.
  • @Saylin021
I'm in my 20s, and Reggie Jackson is only 6 or 7 years older than my dad. This history is so important, both for education and for honoring all the amazing people we never learn about. My favorite (horrifying) fact about segregation and racial progress is that Paul Rudd is older than interacial marriage in the United States. This stuff is very recent, and we should never try to erase it or whitewash it.
