Beef Shawarma Meatballs with Hummus

Recipe yields 14 to 16 meatballs

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs medium ground beef
1 large egg
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp sumac
1 tbsp Shawarma blend from Spiceworld in Winnipeg
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped

Direction:
• Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix. well. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 20 minutes.
• I scooped the mixture out using an ice cream scooper, but you can roll them to golf ball sizes meatballs.
• Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 25 minutes (flipping halfway through cooking)
• Let it cool down for 10 minutes and enjoy!!
