I noticed there wweren't any videos up of these wleders and thought someone might find this interesting. The parts are old school traction aids for icy winter conditions I'm sure not many people are still producing these. They are being made in st. sauveur in Quebec Canada. I personally cut and bent all the parts and performed all the steps in producing these ...around 42 steps. Just thought I'd share. :)
