Are people children? Did we really need someone to tell us that sharp turns on roads are dangerous. Why arent they talking about HOW DANGEROUS IT IS TO HAVE 9 PEOPLE IN A SINGLE CAR !!!!

Normally there's a sign warning you of a curve. That's your hint.

Maybe some signs warning that a sharp turn is coming up and to slow down would be more helpful than just a guardrail.

Thats really sad, Rural roads have alot of twist and turns because of the crops and waterways, you have to drive at safe speeds

In the dark, I bet it is impossible to see. But it is not dark at 7:30pm do the driver should have seen it.
