½ cup Japanese mayonnaise
1-2 tbsp. heavy cream
salt, as needed
sugar, as needed
milk bread
room temp butter

Why is there a need to mix the yolk with the mayonnaise? This is to create a very thick base that holds the mixture together.

Hi Chef RV! Nung bata pa kami, mahilig din lola kong gumawa nito. Hindi nga lang Japanese mayo. Nilalagyan niya naman ng chopped onions. At kaunting white pepper powder. Naalala ko tuloy si Nanay. Thanks again Chef! 🥪🥚🥪🥚🥪

salamat chef rv in making this. naalala ko na gumagawa un papa ko neto. super fave ko sya kasi egg at mayo lng, un mumurahin lng samin pero yummy din po. i grew up eating this kaya nun nagka anak ako madali lng gumawa presto may masarap at healthy na palaman na. more power po ❤❤
