Devante was one of the first R&B producers to use 808 basslines in his songs, as if it was a Hip-hop beat. This song, from 27 years ago, still sounds fresh today, and rumbles my subwoofers just as hard. Jodeci was untouchable in the early 90's. I wish Devante still produced music.
