Those doctor and hospital costs sound great. I think it costs me more than that to park at some of the hospitals in the US.

As you getting older, International Health Insurance is very expensive, Travel Health Insurance, but coming back after three mos. but you have pay first.

I travel abroad full time and your video is very helpful. I currently have a GeoBlue policy but that requires me to be in the US when I renew my 6-month policy. I might consider other options. I will check out your website for sure when time comes to renew my policy. Regarding the language barrier, I am in Japan now and I find it very hard to communicate with people there. I doubt doctors and pharmacy people speak English.

Getting ready to move to S. Korea in August from the USA. No plans to move back to the US but will travel through S.E. Asia. Thinking a high deductible plan ($2500 or so). I'm in my late 60s.
  • @theskinnypot
We want to move back to the Philippines and travel around Asia and Europe. Are you more confident,2400 deductable still? Thank you. Does it work with cancer treatment?

Great info! So question...If my husband and I plan to travel Europe for one year, and come back home to the states a few times during that time, would we cancel the policy during the month or so that we are home, or? Also, would we continue to pay our supplemental Medi-gap insurance the entire time we are traveling, or is there a way to stop that temporarily while traveling internationally? Lastly, the out of pocket expenses you mentioned, Julie's dental cost, etc. was that your cost after the insurance paid their portion, or was that the total cost and beceause it was under your $2500 deductible you pay until you reach the $2500 deductible, then all services the rest of the year are paid at 100%?? Novice here, as you can tell! LOL! THANK YOU both! Appreciate all you do!
  • @jpwoller
Thank you for this. When you paid for your contacts it sounded like you also paid out of pocket. Is that accurate?

How old are these Turkey prices? We have been in Fethiye for 6 yrs. and would love to see these prices. May be 5-6 years ago but with covid prices shot up.
  • How do these insurances work with Medicare for travelers that will go to the states every few months?
