Magic square did do a Starscream. It was apparently awful.
  • A little tip for helping it stand You can leave out the wings to give him some proper heels, at the cost of making the legs hollow on the inside. Dr Lockdown shows a proper guide to do that in his review of Thundercracker

I always thought SG Starscream's colors being Jetfire's original color scheme was a great idea. Love when SG does stuff like that, like with Grimlock's colors being a reference to Trypitcon.

I absolutely LOVE this mold for the Seekers! Hasbro needs to take notes from this transformation, for sure. Two things that may help with your enjoyment of the Newage Seeker mold: 1. The torso has two dedicated pegs under the cockpit to snap into the waist, giving the cockpit a flush look in robot mode. It's a pretty small 'click', and the best position to push down on him from seems to be the center of the chest just under the neck while keeping your thumb under the crotch. This also has the added bonus of not messing with the waist swivel, simply making it look more solid. 2. You can simply not transform the rear wings and fold them around his ankles for improvised heal-spurs. While yes, this does take away from the magic of the transformation, it is a decent sacrifice for stability's sake. Also, the Starscream version of the mold does come with a smirking face for an alternate head.
  • The intakes on the jet's real world counterpart are able to adjust for OPTIMAL AIRFLOW

New perspective video PRAISE THE YOUTUBE GODS!

There’s gotta be What’s the Best Starscream at some point
  • The torso gap was an issue for me too. The little nose cone bit inside the torso tabs into the base where the cockpit waist swivel is. It’s finicky cuz of the double hinge but the gap disappears

Magic Square right now sells a three pack of the seekers right now on their website, but I haven't gotten them so I can't speak to the quality of thise figures
  • @gleamingcolt
I’m still impressed with how sleek the jet mode looks, and with this color scheme, it will look so much slimmer. So I need to get this figure someday
  • I don't even think the posing looks average it's still looks like it has a lot of joints its just that this is one of Newage's older releases and with the newer standards this just seems less impressive
  • Looooks way better in this deco than the normal ones, idk why I don’t really love how the main NA seekers look from this mold
  • when I saw that this figures backpack had no cockpit, I swear I rubbed me eyes 3 times to make sure I wasn't crazy.
  • @15oClock
It’s sometimes hard to comment on a third-party figure because it’s usually pretty good. We can chalk that up to them not having the mass production capabilities of Hasbro, so they focus on things that are hard to scale up, like complexity.

MAN that alt mode is sleek, especially for a seeker design :0
  • Hasbro could just upscale this little dude to make the definitive Voyager Starscream.

I'm hoping to get this deco at some point to represent Starscream back in his scientist days. I feel like it would be a great way to show how he's changed and Skyfire hasn't.

Newage starscream is such a nice lil figure, I have one of the G1 colour versions to display with MMC Bruticus. Newage stuff they repaint everything into anything possible and it’s sturdy paint, expensive yes but it doesn’t feel like a ripoff the budget feels well used

This mold makes me wish the ER seeker was actually competently designed so badly, it's so simple and so good I got the e-hobby black starscream version of it and man it's such a sexy deco, though I unfortunately scratched a bit of gold on his chest and have no idea how to replicate it for repainting :(
