Benefits: Helps you work on eliminating addictions and addictive behaviors. It gives control over the mind. This Mudra brings a positive attitude towards life, it inspires you to do more. It activates the third eye chakra. It brings positivity to your body and helps control the senses. This Mudra also helps to increase concentration power and calms an overly busy mind. Also known as God of Time Gesture, you gain control over your use of time. Technique: Sit in any meditative posture, with the spine straight. Bring the hands together at the chest and allow all the fingers and thumbs to touch at the tips. Curl your index, ring, and pinky fingers down so the backs of the knuckles and maybe the nail touch. The middle fingers stay touching at the tips and pointed towards the sky. The thumbs touch tips and point downward. Then Focus on hand gesture and Practice breath retention 5-5-10 if you can do so comfortably. Frequency of practice: Hold for 10-20 min a day at least until you are able to control your mind or addictive behavior more easily in daily life. You may have more vivid dreams or thoughts.
