I wouldn't say recreational use is always "misuse". As long as you are informed it can be fun and you can have some really interesting experiences, but you need to know the dangers. Even then, recreational drug consumption always carries some dangers, but that is life, nothing is without risk. I did nitrous oxide for a few months, like once a month, I also started supplementing B12 and folic acid the next day after consumption. I had some fun times and some really insightful experiences. I recently did nitrous oxide in combination with LSD but it made me realize that I don't need that experience anymore, it's getting boring, so I stopped. I believe every drug has some potential for recreational use even the most extreme ones, but you need to know the dangers beforehand and even then, it's not without risk. There are a lot of drugs I would never think about taking because I informed myself about the dangers beforehand. I think there should be more focus on informing about the dangers instead of outright banning stuff. Videos like yours definitely help with the informing. I just hope society will have a more open view about drugs in the future, and not everything that's not caffeine, alcohol or nicotine is automatically "misuse". I believe the best solution would be a drug license, so you need to inform yourself about every drug before you are allowed to obtain them.
