  • The coach is a gem. He's supportive and non-judgmental. It's a rare set of traits together. He can be a great teacher in any field.

So impressed that this coach was able to take someone with no climbing experience and then give them 15 years of pro climbing experience in just one session. Incredible!
  • I feel like a lot of people would feel salty about a new climber being better than them but he kept being really supportive and was genuinely impressed, what a bloke
  • @ikhebogen
I came to praise the instructor, and I’m glad I’m not the only one! He is so passionate and so excited to make other people as excited, plus the way he explains things and gives feedback and compliments.. any company would be lucky with an employee like that. What a delight to watch.

Magnus just casually flopping down like a wet towel after every climb is so funny
  • @lanfeared
Wow the coach's enthusiasm and encouragement is great, a rare thing, what a positive person.
  • We need to give this coach a platform and people to push him to the top of the industry. The passion for this he has ooze's from him. People like this rarely exist in the world anymore. We need to protect this kid.

10:20 had me crying of laughter. The commitment to the ruse is top notch.
  • That coach is my hero. The way he encouraged and didn’t show any attitude once he was passed up by his student. What an incredible dude! This was great Magnus!
  • @fabiss23
A lot of people suffering from social anxiety would benefit A LOT if there were more instructors like that guy. He did a fantastic job. Give him a raise!
  • Most coaches anywhere would most likely have asked multiple times “are you sure you haven’t done this before” implicitly trying to call u out. But that guy just continues with his advice and keeps being supportive regardless of how high his suspicion levels are
  • The coach just grinning while he's climbing is so pure. You can tell he's just thinking "huh... this guy's a natural!!"
  • @Weeks.
Everyone's talking about the coach but I'm really impressed with Magnus' ability to fall with comedic effect. It's funny as hell to watch him fall on purpose.
  • @mileenk707
i really hope the coach is reading all these comments and sees how much appreciation people have for his attitude. loved watching the two of them
  • @thexbigxgreen
Magnus is secretly a physical comedian, his pratfalls in this were all amazing! I loved how his first fall he absolutely crumpled into a puddle lmao. It takes a master to be so completely believable and hilarious
  • That kid is exactly what any type of instructor should be. He has a bright future ahead of him.
  • @menguru8266
The long sleeves where the most important part of Bjorn's disguise
  • I love how Magnus immediately asks about chalk, some things never change lol
  • @TheArizus
14:16 This moment in the video absolutely perfectly encapsulated how amazing of a coach he really was. Everything from the video production to Magnus's acting to the coach was exceptional!
