You should make a retirement home with a community garden. They could have their own bedroom and bathroom that is rented but have a shared kitchen and living/entertainment space.

Another idea would be to just have two bedrooms, each with two bunk beds. Very apocalypse bunker-y, but it would allow for more living space.

I wish that the new pack included tiny home perks for rentals. I'd love to build several tiny houses on one lot but I want my sims to get the extra perks like in normal tiny homes

Hey I got an idea. You know how you had that series where you only used one pack to build stuff, well you could do the same but using two packs or rather two aesthetics to build something bizarre. For example, a Vampire Beach House or a Horse Ranch Restaurant.
