  • As an AS350 pilot myself I love to see that corkscrew descent . Awesome flying skills. You have a great job, I'm a bit jealous actually.

Nice! Incredible footage, and its fascinating to watch the cyclic control

Cool. would love to know what they are building and see what it looks like when finished. And at the end 23:15 looks like the entrance to a bunker!. 🧐😁

Thanks for making these videos the footage on decent showing bank angle is epic
  • @Keksstar
Very nice camera angles. I like it. What were you adjusting on the upper hat switch on the cyclic?

It’s funny you describe the undesirable aircraft state and yet continue the flight path without changing it lol 😂 … self induced pressure.

Awesome video as always! Always love watching them! I'm just wondering how you judge the correct height. Surely it's easier from the cockpit than in the video, but still.. What are you looking for to see if you're 1m above the ground crew's head or if the hook is going right to their hands? Also how do you judge the angle you have with the unloaded sling? The bottom window in the cockpit only goes back so far, right? Just experience or do you go by feel, or do you have some rough numbers you can orient yourself with regarding airspeed, ROD etc?

Just curious if you get to go home every night after work..here in the states I'm out for months. Only place I was home every night was when I lived on kauai.

Why does the sound of the turbine sound higher with the first load going up, and then a lot lower as soon as you drop the load and heading back down? Is it because the engine is under strain from the load?
