Solyanka soup with Lecho from a traditional recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 Liter vegetable broth
150g Lyoner sausage
100g cooked ham
200g Jagdwurst sausage
150g Salami sausage
600g Lecho
300g onions, finely chopped
50g butter
sour pickled cucumbers
tomato paste/pulp - 2 tablespoons
3-5 garlic cloves (pressed with a garlic press)
1-2 bay leaves
3 juniper berries
3 allspice corns
1 teaspoon paprika powder
½ teaspoon salt
Pepper - I used freshly ground pepper from the pepper mill.
Saur cream (for decoration at the end)
