In 89 I paid my gf a surprise visit and walked into her bedroom and she was dancing around in one of my shirts and hat to this song.when she noticed me she just stood there embarrassed but I laughed and told her I loved her. The smile on her face I will NEVER forget.she was killed in a car accident in 96.Its been 24 years beloved and I still miss you. Edit.thank you all for helping me keep her memory alive except the two trolls.

1987 I'm working head of security at the hottest nightclub in south Florida, Belinda just performed in Miami & the radio station had a huge promo party & we had Belinda, her husband & the rest of her band mates in our celebrity suite in the champagne room. Belinda & her husband were the nicest down to earth people ever !! What a great night in my life♥️

Ah man, Belinda's voice was just such a huge part of the 80s for me; whether it be the Go Gos or her solo stuff, her voice was on the radio all the time. Just takes me back to early childhood. Simpler times man, simpler times.
