In addition to Macavity not looking anything like how the lyrics describe him, by not giving him any spots or stripes and making his fur color the same as Idris Elba’s skin color, they’ve made it look like Idris Elba is naked, which is really creepy

I love the fact that Universal didn't bother fixing the subtitles for this video, so it just says "My Cavities a mystery cat." Nothing could be more fitting for this movie.

Macavity is a duet sung by Bambalurina and Demeter, the entire song is supposed to be between those two, since Demeter actually had a history with Macavity

They somehow managed to make Idris Elba unattractive. That should be considered a crime against humanity.

I feel so sorry for all the actors and dancers in the movie. They play well, sing good, and dance (and move) perfectly (videos from rehearsals are especially interesting). But strange decisions of producers completely erased all this :(
