As a Brazilian, I can say: the record is not taken seriously by anyone here other than the elderly, and they have a very common habit of giving an extremely negative image of anything that is very popular among children.

i'm brazilian, jornal da record is from here. basically they just talked abt violent games, shooting games, etc; only talking abt the violent games in the platform. they also spread misinformation by saying roblox has 1.7 billion active users daily or something like that (i don't rly remember what i heard in a brazilian roblox news channel, but it was at least 1 billion and 70 million daily users in roblox that record claimed to be true), they also complained that it has a multiplayer chat, which almost every multiplayer game has; aswell as a bunch of stuff that are flaws in most other multiplayer games (at least of the types similar to games in roblox). it was just bullshit, even tho roblox isn't all good either.

Hello, I'm Brazilian and I want to say a few things about the record TV channel (the D in the name of the channel is silent) so I don't really recommend trusting this channel since they've been spreading misinformation about games for a long time now, showing gameplays of shooting games and saying that they were footage related to the attacks that were taking place in Ukraine and things much worse than that I just wanted to ask that if anyone of you is reading this message, please ignore them, they post a lot of fake news and take things out of context for content Sorry, I forgot to mention, in the part where they talk about favelas and stuff like that, they were referring to games that basically recreate certain locations that have traffic and stuff like that.These are not very nice places in Brazil, they are kind of places dominated by drug trafficking and drug factions, I even understand that they tried to warn about these games, but also for some reason they took things out of context about Roblox

As other Brazillians here have mentioned, Jornal Da Record is basically treated like a joke in here, they talk negatively about everything that is popular among children, specially anime and videogames, i think they even talked about stuff like Minecraft at some point lmao, they also spread a lot of misinformation, the only ones who watch them unironically are old people and even that is not that common lol

ROBLOX moderation needs to be exposed for their bad attitude in appeals because one day I made music for a game for my friend, and they falsely warned her for using it even though I allowed her to use it, and it wasn't copyrighted. I appealed with her, and they had the worst attitude in the appeal I ever witnessed. I threatened to call Corporate on them if they continued to act immature in the situation. After that they fixed the issue but continued with their horrible attitude. I'm close to filing a report claim on ROBLOX if they continue to act immature with their company's moderation.

The homepage is only shifted to the left if you use adblockers on Roblox's website which automatically move the main page content to the left when the left advert is removed. Its just a side-effect of how HTML works to display webpages.

to the people who talked about the news station ignoring the age rating system, WHAT ABOUT RATE MY AVATAR? its rated for all ages, yet a crap ton of inappropriate stuff has been going on for so long and the devs still havent fixed the game yet, letalone updated the game in nearly a year, so the news station does have a point

That unnecesary exposing painting so negative will make it only worse, if roblox blocks everything slightly weird they see, imagine how worse it can be after this...

after roblox employees come back from their break. things are okay at first. will roblox go down the same path as in now? or will they drift from it, who knows. I do hate roblox's ideas and moderation. but i hope they do better now, and i wish for them the good path to make roblox a greater game. Pray 🙏.

As a Brazilian, Jornal Da Record always paints game on bad notes (usually) and t1r0 in Favela translates into "Shootings in Favelas" which are like small villages, and they have quite alot of crimes.

About the news thing I’m happy Roblox is being put in a negative light because it isn’t a safe platform. There is still many scams, viruses, and horrible people related to Roblox. And they ignore us whenever we ask for something to be removed because it would make them less money

Record usually paints Video Games in a bad light, well, the guy that owns Record owns a church, so you can guess where this is going. They are the type of people who say that Anime was devil's doing lol
