Love the channel. I thought the 6-53T was going into the Excursion? Have fun cleaning up the shop - I have to do that in my shop pretty regularly and once it's done it feels so good.

I cannot wait for the compressor project! Also I did find a classic MCI MC-12 prison bus with an 8v71 randomly on FB marketplace. Nice looking bus, but I do not have the means financially to get it and convert it to an RV as of now. Hopefully I will be in better standing financially a year from now of so.

I'm so happy to have found this channel, especially that you're also a Canadian! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge about these insane engines from yesteryear. Please keep doing this, your experience is absolutely invaluable for people like me who would love to own a screaming jimmy own day. With that said, given your experience; do you think a 453t would fit in a Crown Victoria? Hood clearance aside, the 4.6 was a big engine, but I've never actually seen a 453 in real life, but the engine bay for the F250 should be roughly~ the same size? As far as I gather the 4R70W and 8.8 should be able to handle the torque of the 4 cylinder, but probably not enough for the 6v53.
