  • Was für ein schönes Stück und ein herrlicher Klang vom Orchester! Tolle Trompeten!
  • First classical music I liked as a small child of about four, seventy four years ago.
  • i am not sure but as i can see; Rimsky Korsakov had such a human sense and vision. therefore, he wrote the best about Arabic atmosphere in Shahrazad, and perfect conceptualization about Spanish music in this Capriccio espagnol. this is not a coincidence.

This is one of those underrated pieces that are very popular. What rhythm and the FRS regales us with this great version. The shots of the beautiful people and setting enhance the experience especially in these days when we can’t dream of being so natural again.

I played this piece in the orchestral series at Carnegie Hall last spring with my youth orchestra, and it was without a doubt one of the greatest experiences of my life. Also being of Hispanic and Latino descent, it was like showcasing a part of my culture to everyone in the auditorium that day. Truly one of mankind's greatest creations, and a product of pure love ♥♥♥♥♥

This is lovely! It is a love letter to Spain! Bravo!

Russian composer, Spanish type composition, Italian movement names. Fantastic lol.

I love seeing people enjoy themselves with the music! :)
  • The world-wide responsive Russian genius has created a brilliant masterpiece based on charming Spanish motifs. And the orchestra and maestro masterfully embodied it on stage in front of an admiring audience. Bravissimo!

I love Spanish music. I perform a lot of it on the piano. But in my opinion this is the best Spanish work ever composed. Ironically by a Russian!
  • So beautiful! The applause is just on time. With so many people that tells you directly what the audience is like. 😭🤗💜👍🏻💪🏻

What a thrilling, enjoyable performance of this eternal classic.

This has been my favorite piece since my childhood. I keep coming back to it. I have heard it where parts were either too fast or too slow. After all of the performances I have seen, I think the choices of Pablo Heras-Casado were correct in all regards. That there are still performances of classical music with young people in attendance gives me hope for the future.
