Quick note: Weather balloons do not actually go to space. They only ascend to the upper reaches of Earth's atmosphere, typically reaching altitudes of around 25 to 40 kilometers (15 to 25 miles). Equipped with instruments that measure atmospheric parameters, such as temperature, humidity, and pressure, these balloons provide valuable data for weather forecasting and climate research. Although they reach considerable altitudes, they fall far short of the boundary to space, defined at the KĂĄrmĂĄn line, 100 kilometers (62 miles) above sea level. Weather balloons ascend until atmospheric pressure causes them to burst, and then they descend back to Earth. Their crucial role in collecting atmospheric data contributes to improved weather predictions and a deeper understanding of our planet's climate

Actually did not send it to space it didn't get out of the Earth's atmosphere and it's not in total space until it gets out of the Earth's atmosphere so technically it never left Earth
