After a morning bomb out on the plateau i got back to Planfait launch and climbed quickly to the top of the teeth before crossing the lake for the first time. A quick scoot up Roc de Boeuf to join Jim, Amy and Justin before we continued on toward Charbon at base. I wrongly decided Charbon wouldnt be working as it was in shade (rookie error as it had been in sun for hours already) and just had a play around over Doussard town climbing over and over in the same thermal and just enjoying the view. A great day salvaged after being first on the deck on my earlier flight! First time crossing the lake so i was really happy!
