Arizona Cardinals Michael Bidwill Is Changing the Organization's Narrative

Arizona Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill hasn't always been the most popular person, whether it be the owner of the Arizona Cardinals or someone's boss who works for the organization. From making players pay for their food to a handful of reports of poor treatment of employees with a wide range of accusations, Bidwill has been a polarizing character. One thing is for sure though: Since firing Steve Keim and Kliff Kingsbury, Michael Bidwill has been elite. He's hired a general manager and head coach who fit what the Cardinals needed in their time of rebuild. Monti Ossenfort and Jonathan Gannon have been excellent since being hired. Bidwill stuck behind Kyler Murray after the "homework clause" debacle. Most importantly, and what's shown most growth from him, is he's backed off and let Monti Ossenfort and Jonathan Gannon do their jobs. He's "on the inside looking in" where he's always going to be inner circle being the team's owner, but he's also lingering around Ossenfort and Gannon and they make decisions without being at the proverbial table with them for each one.
