Last year I weighed 220lb. I was getting worn out quickly on my bike. Last October I started walking 3 miles a day, 3-4 days a week. It only takes me 50min.. At daybreak, or sunset, to beat the heat. I’m now 205lb, Plus, I just recently got my new suspension! Man, this year is 10x as enjoyable to ride, since I’ve owned the bike. Huge difference...
