Here’s the recipe if anybody wanted it 4 cups water Macaroni pasta 1 Tbsp salt 1 Tbsp oil Take 1/2 cup of pasta water when pasta is done Chop 2 garlic gloves Chop one small onion 2 Tbsp olive oil Add Chopped onion and Garlic 1/3 cup tomato paste cook for 2-4 mins 1/4 tsp salt 2 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp oregano Add reserved pasta water 1/2 cup milk and heavy cream Add pasta 1/2 cups cheddar and mozzarella cheese 1 Tbsp unsalted butter Enjoy 😉 Remember to say dua al akl (the dua before eating)

Boiled pasta Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water for sauce 2 garlic clove finely chopped 1 small onion finely chopped Olive oil 2 tbsps Fry garlic n onions on low to medium till translucent Add 1/3 cup tomato paste Cook 2 -4 mins 1/4 tsp salt Pinch of chili flakes Pinch of red chili powder 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tbsp sugar optional to enhance flavor Add reserved 1/2 cup pasta water Cook for a minute Add 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 chicken cube Add boiled pasta Add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp butter Stir n serve

I made this last night and it was AMAZING. I didn’t have tomato paste so I used a little bit of spaghetti sauce and used cornstarch to thicken it. I also put extra red pepper flakes. I’m making it for my fiancé this weekend.
