Just realise how long i have been followed you. Watching Ahao grow up, Dawang be fatten up and your baking skill level up over years has been one of my great joys.

Put purple yam ( ube) or purple potatoes in your soup with a little red cabbage and purple carrots with those beautiful purple kale..You will have a perfect purple soup!!!
  • There is little more beautiful or satisfying than seeing a harvest laid out before you. The fresh rain will encourage more growth for more harvesting. 😊 What a productive day! Looking forward to seeing what you do with it all. Thank you for sharing with us. 💜

I love, love, love my kale smoothies! When I pick my kale I put it in a sink full of cold water and add salt and swish the kale around. The salt causes the worms to die and sink to the bottom of the sink. I pull the kale and wash out the sink, then rinse it again in a clean sink full of fresh water.
  • Way to persevere through the rain 😊 Love the small harvests before the big ones hit and need attention asap. I react the same to any new bloom or flower 😅
  • Oh my gosh, your little one with the cookie just made my day! So cute. That was funny! 😄

I can't wait to see your idea for preserving lettuce.
  • Hi Kelsey, The garden is Stunning! Beautiful bountiful harvest! You are truly blessed. ♥♥♥

I started dehydrating Kale and Spinach and blending into a powder. I put it in soup, stew, and smoothies.
  • With the garlic, grind it up, put it in Olive oil and put it in ice cube trays and stick it in freezer bags.
  • Oh....the joy and satisfaction on your face as you showed the compilation of your harvest at the end of the video!!! Thank you for sharing your blessings, which in turn becomes a blessing for all who view you. Proves to be an inspiration for me. Our bulk harvests have yet to start, though harvesting of some veggies, herbs and flower heads have begun. I have yet to grow celery, but after seeing yours, I will give it a try in 2024. Merlot lettuce was a newbie for me this year, as a pack of seed was gifted to me from ordering through Baker's Creek. It has earned a spot in my gardens going forth. I look forward to future videos showing how you preserve the harvests. Thank you Kelsey. Blessings to you and yours,
  • Im enjoying all your videos. I can definitely see you growing so big 🙏🙌🤗your awesome. Your baby is so precious ❤
