Pavers part 1. Floridascapes LLC exposed

Floridascapes LLC did this pavers job but they skipped a very essential step of compacting the subbase.
Home owner was not present at the early stage and when he contacted Kelly weaver the company owner/ representative who promised a good job she assured him it was compacted. As you see in the video nothing was done. No Gas compacting device was used. She was not aware homeowner is video recording
